Stretched Boom

PWCE can give your machine more height and reach by stretching it's boom. We can stretch booms in several different lengths depending on specifications and your needs.

Picture shows a 32 foot boom that has been stretched to 52 feet.

Reasons to Stretch a Boom

Provides more reach to the machine.
Provides more height
Is proportional to the machine with long dipper
Many models capable of being stretched
After the boom is stretched, longer sticks can be used on the machine
No additional counterweights needed on most models

	The picture at the left shows a boom on the stretcher. After the boom is on the stretcher, it is marked and prepared for cutting. The stretched product is shown above.
The picture to the right shows a dipper that has already been cut and is ready to be lengthened.

PWCE can also add an Extendavator to the stretched boom. The Boom Stretch can add up to an additional 20 feet of reach to the machine. The combination of the stretched boom and the Extendavator can add an additional 40 feet of reach to the machine.
